Returns and cancellations

• The deal can be canceled by contacting the dealer's customer service by phone or by e-mail. In case the cancellation is approved - the product must be returned to the company and all costs involved in returning the product will be applied to the customer. All of the above is not valid for cosmetic and culinary products - for which it is not possible to receive a refund.
